Pirate Parley 2025
July 4, 2025
$99.99 – $10,000.00The California Pirate Party presents the 2025 Pirate Parley, a gathering of Pirate Party members from across the US and the world. The Pirate Parley takes place July 4th weekend in San Francisco, the infamous hellhole of an American City as seen on Fox News. For Pirates who cannot attend in person, the conference will be broadcast online and archived at archive.org.
The theme of this year’s conference is RUN FOR SOMETHING. The Pirate Party is dedicated to helping produce an informed electorate and better candidates than other parties. Talks about pirate politics, open-source democracy, and disinformation are on the agenda for our Main Conference Day (July 4th). The day wraps with our official yearly Pirate Party elections for officers in our national organization.
All proceeds go to the Internet Archive, the California Pirate Party, and the United States Pirate Party. For our out-of-town Pirates we have put together an all-inclusive package for $499 that includes:
- Hostel lodging with other Pirates in a national park from July 3rd to July 6th.
- Self-prepared food at the hostel site (with full kitchen if you want to cook for yourself)
- Public transportation to and from the site.
- A July 4th Pirate Cruise with San Francisco Bay Fireworks
Tickets go on sale December 1st. Basic tickets are discounted to $50 until May 1st, 2025 and then they go up to $99. All-Inclusive “Slop Chest” tickets are $299 until May 1st, when they go up to $499.

PLEASE NOTE:
The California Pirate Party is not your typical political organization. But we are a political organization, and that makes us subject to rules put forth by the Federal Elections Commission (FEC):
- When you contribute, we must collect your name and address and keep them safe in our cave of treasures;
- If you contribute more than $200 in a calendar year, then the FEC requires us to list you as a donor in our campaign finance reports. In addition to reporting your name and address, we also have to report your employer and occupation.
It’s a bunch of extra record-keeping, but we think it’s a good measure of transparency (and we wish that more areas of politics were subject to this kind of transparency). We are not bankrolled by wealthy corporations, and we hope you’ll be kind enough to understand!
WE DO NOT ACCEPT TICKET PURCHASES FROM BUSINESS ENTITIES OR POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEES. THESE WILL BE REFUNDED.
